In a ted talk we have discussed called, The Future of Lying, by Jeff Hancock. Hancock states the, we are more honest online than face to face. This surprised me because I thought that we lie more in a online conversation, only because we do not psychically see the person. Now that online lies can saved and recorded for future reference, humans have seemed to revert to lying someone more to their face. Yet in How to spot a liar by Pamela Meyer she points out ways on how to spot a liar when in a face to face conversation. she points out many ways you can see what a person is doing while they are lying. So why do we lie to others? Why is that we can not just tell the truth?
